Pet Information

Pet information, including photographs, may be submitted through the Department’s secure Pet Management web portal, powered by Frontline Public Safety Solutions.

After selecting SUBMIT on the entry page, a confirmation window will appear indicating that your information was successfully added. You will also receive an email from [email protected] confirming receipt.

If you do not see either confirmation, please contact the Department for further assistance.
